About me
Hello, I’m Fernanda Vergara, the founder of Mexitana Studio. My journey in design and communication has been fueled by a deep commitment to social impact.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with NGOs across the globe, including in Nicaragua, Mexico, Denmark, Italy, Morocco, and India.
My experience spans a variety of crucial sectors, including migration, the commercial sexual exploitation of women, children with disabilities, indigenous communities, environmental projects, and feminist organizations. These diverse engagements have solidified my belief in the transformative power of design to address and resolve critical social issues.
At Mexitana Studio my mission is to blend my passion for design and communication with a strong sense of purpose. I am dedicated to working with organizations that aim to make a significant difference, using creativity to amplify their impact and foster a more just and sustainable world.
